Support your mental and physical wellness with tailored nutrition and fitness plans that empower you to thrive.
Health & Wellness Package
8-week program
$950
INDIVIDUAL Package
Includes:
One 60 minute intake consultation; Seven 45 minute one-on-one sessions.
Goal clarification and action planning.
Exploration of life areas that impact health, specifically:
stress management & sleep hygiene
yoga & mind-body connection
fitness & nutrition
lifestyle boundaries & self-compassion response
Resources, worksheets, tools, and activities to empower you toward heakthy change.
Email support between sessions.
Additional sessions can be added at $120 per 45 minute one-on-one sessions.
